Tasting note
The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of fresh/ripe blackberry and slight notes of fresh/ripe red fruits/red berries, flowers associated with discreet hints of licorice (on the background) as well as hints of spices and a very slight minty touch. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, gourmandise, fleshy (in the mid-palate), concentration, a slight fat, tension as well as a beautiful fresh and silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/fresh blackberry, ripe/fresh strawberry and slight notes of crushed blueberry, black cherry associated with hints of licorice as well as discreet toasted hints/chocolate. Tannins are fine and slightly firm/chewy. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of dark chocolate/espresso on the finish/persistence.
