Tasting note
'The nose is aromatic, fine, elegant, slightly tight and offers gourmandize as well as a fine richness. It reveals notes of vanilla, fresh blackberry, fresh strawberry and more slightly ripe/fresh little fruits associated with touches of zan, toasted, caramelization as well as discreet hint of clove, gray pepper and an imperceptible hint of nut. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight, straight and offers a good definition, dynamism, a beautiful acid frame, juiciness, fullness, suavity, beautiful freshness as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, black cherry and more slightly juicy raspberry associated with fine touches of toated oaky, zan, mild tobacco as well as subtle hint of nut and an imperceptible hint of clove. Tannins are fine, tight and a bit chewy. Good persistence on touches of cocoa and caramelization (these bring gourmpandise as well as chew).'
