Tasting note
‘On the nose, fresh, delicate and offers complexity, depth and a nice freshness. Notes of fresh peach, apple in syrup and more slightly apricot associated with touches of quince, crystallized tangerine, fine points of lychee as well as a subtle touch of acacia and verbena. The palate is fruity, gourmandize, delicate and offers a nice definition, richness (in balance), a little syrupy side counter balanced by a very nice freshness, tension and delicacy. On the palate, expressing notes of candied lemon, candied peach and more slightly dried apricot associated with touches of pineapple with lemon, crystallized quince, fine points of lemon blossom, verbena as well as discrete points of acacia. The persistence offers notes of dried apricot, honey and discreet hints of dried berries.’

En varm, torr växtsäsong ledde till mogna och friska druvor, men bara en enda våg av botrytis, snarare än flera vågor, med många odlare som gjorde bara ett försök. Viner är mogna, saftiga och fräscha i profilen, trots det varma året, men de saknar komplexiteten hos toppårgångar med flera försök.
