The nose is fruity and offers certain concentration as well as a fine power an elegance. It reveals notes of pulpy strawberry, blackberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of pulpy cherry as well as a discreet hint of spices and a fine hint of hazelnut. The mouth is fruity, a little tight and offers juiciness, freshness, racy minerality, a good definition, gourmandize as well as a juicy/pulpy blackberry, fresh raspberry, notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of bright cherry, toasted, hazelnut, chocolate as well as a discreet hint of racy minerality and vanilla.

The complex nose opens with espresso, spice, smoke, mint leaves and an array of red pit fruits. The palate experience is even better with its layers of creamy, fresh, sweet, luscious fruits and silky tannins and touch of chocolate and spice that kicks in at the end of the long finish. Give this a year or two in the cellar and enjoy it over the following 2 decades. Siran is the best deal in high quality wine in the Margaux appellation today. Drink from 2024-2050.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2020 Siran features notes of blackcurrant jelly, ripe redcurrants and raspberry leaves, plus suggestions of wild sage, tar and underbrush, with a waft of wild mushrooms. The medium-bodied palate is elegantly styled and refreshing, delivering approachable, soft tannins and plenty of red berry layers, finishing earthy.

Lots of red and blue fruits, spring flowers, graphite, and leafy tobacco notes all emerge from the 2020 Château Siran, a medium-bodied, elegant, incredibly pretty and finesse-driven Margaux. It shows the fresher, elegant style of the vintage and has remarkable purity, fine tannins, and a great finish.
Druvor
46% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon & 9% Petit Verdot.
