Tasting note
’
The nose is intense, aromatic and quite elegant. It reveals notes of mocha, undergrowth and slight notes of blackberry, cassis associated with touch of crushed wild strawberry and toasted oak. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek, elegant and offers a beautiful volume, a beautiful definition, an acid frame, a beautiful minerality as well as a slight juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry and blackberry associated with slight notes of red berries, raspberry, hints of grilled oak, mocha as well as slight notes of coffee, cardamom and vanilla. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length. There is suavity and gourmandize on the finish, and a slight hints of caramelization/hazelnut on the persistence.'
