Spicy and smoky nose with dry spices and dark inky fruit. The palate is warm, rounded and dense with balanced tannin, high ripeness and a long, warm finish.

Lovely hint of warmth on this – just easing close to maturity. Deep, earthy and spicy, the cedar and meaty character is lovely, then onto the palate it fills the mouth with substantial creamy fruit, a big scaled wine, plenty of depth and power, but not without charm – little subtle floral and cherry notes, and a sweetness matched to the acidity and solid, creamy tannins.

This seductive, round, generously endowed St.-Emilion offers lots of berry fruit, forest floor, roasted herb, and dusty, loamy soil notes as well as good glycerin, sweet tannin, and an up-front, hedonistic style. Consume it over the next 7-8 years

The velvety texture to this wine is very alluring, with blueberry, sweet tobacco and mushroom character. Full body, with ripe tannins and a clean finish. A little short.
