It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy wild blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of strawberry associated with touches of violet as well as a hint of lily, iris, a racy minerality, discreet hints of tonka bean, hazelnut and a hint of Madagascar pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, juicy, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful precision of the fruit, deepness as well as a bright side and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright raspberry, juicy/pulpy red berriesand small notes of violet associated with touches of blackberry, iris as well as hints of racy minerality, a fine hint of bright/fresh plum, tonka bean, caramelized hazelnut and a discreet hint of cinnamon (in the background). Tannins are elegant and offer a very fine chewiness. A beautiful persistence and suavity on the finish. An elegant and complex wine.

Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. Ripe dark berry confit, black cherries, some nougat and orange zest, attractive, floral scented bouquet. Powerful, juicy, black fruit, blackberry confit, firm tannins, chocolatey finish, storable style, potential, versatile.

Wine Enthusiast

This is a big-hearted wine, ripe with both black-plum flavors and generous tannins. At this stage the structure is prominent, but with the weight of the fruits, the wine will balance out full, ripe and ready to drink from 2026

Ripe black cherries and cassis, along with tobacco leaf and herbs create the nose. On the palate, the wine offers a full-body, layers of ripe, round, rich fruit. The finish is packed with more of those ripe, spicy, fresh, sweet, black and red berries with licorice, espresso and dark cocoa coming in at the end of the finish.
